The RoleAs a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and managing existing accounts within your allocated territory. You will be responsible for delivering sales, profit, and market share objectives, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to grow new business and retain existing customers.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Identify new leads and potential markets through research and analysis.
- Manage and maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Proven track record in business development or property management with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- KPI-driven and outcome-focused with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated with excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A car allowance and petrol reimbursement.
