Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Novated Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating sales enablement programs and solutions, leveraging your analytical capabilities to drive sales effectiveness and overall sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver dynamic sales enablement experiences across various technologies and employee lifecycles.
- Create high-quality sales enablement content, including learning snippets, online learning content, sales guides, FAQs, user guides, and best practices.
- Coach and develop Novated Lease Consultants through performance analysis, trend spotting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing sales processes and implement new initiatives.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing for system and process improvements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and numerical abilities, including metric analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical capability and experience in sales performance training.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- A focus on helping people achieve their best and a passion for learning and development.
