We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Specialist to join our team at Suncorp Group.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service by being the first point of contact for all inbound claim calls.
- Register new claims efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain quality relationships with internal and external customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure effective delivery of our customer proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adopt a customer-focused approach in the delivery of internal/external services.
- Provide advice and information to customers regarding claims for property damage and loss of rent.
- Efficiently and accurately action incoming emails to the claims inbox.
Requirements:
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Will to pursue a career in general insurance.
- Ability to work rostered hours to cover hours of operation in each state of Australia.
