We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and business support to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive and flexible administration services to the Account
  • Work closely with the Contract Manager and Subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
  • Assist in compiling Site Monthly Contract Review Pack and attending monthly meetings
  • Manage CAFM system as key user on site, including PPM records, reactive, and reporting
  • Actively identify and implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and meet client expectations

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in facilities/building/critical environment
  • Coordination/administration and finance-related scope
  • Computer literate with basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement
