Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing key client facilities management queries, ensuring superior customer service and maintaining compliance with health and safety management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure and manage contractors to meet client expectations and contract obligations
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and proper risk management procedures are in place
  • Escalate incidents and critical operational issues in accordance with established procedures
  • Complete site audits and create operational reports for monitoring compliance and service performance
  • Assist with the implementation of property risk management program and business continuity plans
  • Oversee work order management across a large, diverse portfolio using JLL software
Requirements:
  • Passionate about a career in Property/Facilities Management
  • Strong passion for customer service and administration
  • Confident in utilizing various software products and MS office suite
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
