As a Retail Promotions Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing end-to-end promotional programs.

Promotion Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for understanding the promo process, meeting critical path deadlines, and communicating with internal stakeholders.
  • The primary contact for all promotional tasks & queries, you will authenticate data accuracy through various validation checks.
  • Assist in proofing of promotional artworks, generate reports for teams to ensure data integrity, and communicate updates through appropriate channels.
  • Create, administer, and release promotional allocations, participating in promotional planning, process improvement, and team collaborations.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • A minimum of 5+ years experience in Office Customer Service / Promotions or Category Assistant roles.
  • Understanding and experience of working in Franchise environments or similar settings.
  • Proficiency in Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Organisational and planning skills, developed through hands-on experience.
  • Customer communication skills – establishing and maintaining effective relationships internally and externally.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills, demonstrated through previous work.
