Claims Advisor Role

Linfox is seeking an experienced Claims Advisor to manage end-to-end insurance claims processes. The role involves initial claim lodgement, sourcing claim recovery where applicable, and providing claim advice to business partners.

The primary areas of claims are approximately 90% motor claims and the remaining 10% either Marine, Public Liability or Property Damage.

As a key member of the Fleet & Procurement business, you will liaise with internal stakeholders including Linfox Workshops, Site/Branch Managers, Operations Staff, external insurance companies, brokers, repairers, and third parties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurate, timely, and proactive actioning of claims, insurance-related tasks, and other duties as required
  • Management of end-to-end claims within the portfolio for efficient and successful completion
  • Effective communication and coordination between stakeholders, business partners, and third parties
  • Providing insurance and claim advice and support to stakeholders and business partners

We welcome applications from individuals with:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Motor Vehicle Claims, Claim Recoveries, or the Insurance Industry
  • Moderate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and SAP experience highly regarded
  • Strong customer service focus with relationship-building abilities
  • Sound written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-orientated, able to work under pressure

Applicants should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders. A commitment to delivering exceptional results and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction is essential.
