The primary objective of this position is to oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes. This involves managing employment contracts, conducting pre-employment checks, facilitating orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
  • Assist hiring managers in aligning workforce planning with compliance requirements, ensuring fair and compliant resolution of employee issues.
  • Support performance appraisal processes, assisting managers with performance-related matters, and facilitate employee lifecycle coordination, including accurate record maintenance and data integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, with a strong focus on HR operations and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and Fair Work regulations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
