Job Overview

We are seeking a Credit Specialist to manage an allocated ledger and perform daily tasks.

This role is responsible for end-to-end AR processes, including aged trial balances, reconciliations, cash allocation, claims management, and liaison with internal and external contacts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage an assigned portfolio and perform routine tasks, such as following up on overdue accounts and customer account reconciliations.
  • Coordinate and process financial credits in a timely manner, ensuring accurate assessments and opening new accounts.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a Credit function, with a solid understanding of credit principles and previous experience in account reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and intermediate skills in MS Excel, particularly V Look Up functionality.
  • A keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
