Job Title:

Payroll Manager

About the Role:

This is a leadership position within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the accurate and compliant delivery of end-to-end payroll services.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Payroll Manager will oversee the accurate and compliant delivery of payroll services. This includes end-to-end payroll operations ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and providing guidance to the Payroll Officer.

The role also drives a culture of continuous improvement in payroll systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing an end-to-end payroll function and leading a team of staff members.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll services.
  • Providing guidance and support to the Payroll Officer.
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement in payroll systems and processes.
Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in accounting and/or business with advanced excel skills.

Extensive experience leading an end-to-end payroll function and demonstrated experience in mid-level to senior staff management roles.

Ability to lead and mentor staff members to drive performance, development and system capability.
