The Senior Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting high-value business opportunities across key industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools and data insights.
  • Create tailored solutions for clients across air and ocean freight, collaborating closely with internal operations teams.
  • Lead client proposal development, including quoting, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Drive strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives and GP targets.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand service uptake.

Ideal candidates will possess 5 years of experience in B2B international freight forwarding sales, preferably spanning both air and sea. Strong commercial acumen and expertise in managing large account relationships are also essential.
