Commercial Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to support the growth and delivery of business efficiencies across our Education Partnership business unit in Australia and the UK.
About the RoleThis role involves providing strategic partnering support to business stakeholders and executive team members in delivering commercial objectives. You will work collaboratively with the broader finance team on initiatives such as financial modelling, analysis and forecasting.
You will be responsible for developing deep knowledge of commercial performance to support monthly forecast and annual business planning processes. This includes working closely with colleagues to identify and address areas of improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities- Partner with business stakeholders to drive commercial growth and efficiency initiatives
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
- Provide analytical support to the executive team on key business initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills for financial modelling and analysis
- Experience in a commercial finance business partnering role

- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
- Partially or fully qualified CA or CPA
- 5+ years' experience in commercial finance business partnering role
