We seek an accomplished Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our international freight forwarding business.
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within air and ocean freight.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of managing large account relationships is essential.
- A demonstrated ability to build, manage, and convert a pipeline of high-value opportunities is critical to success.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required for effective collaboration across all levels.
- A sound understanding of international trade, Incoterms, and customs brokerage processes is necessary.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools is highly desirable.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives and GP targets. You will also identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand service uptake.
