We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.
- To succeed in this role, you will require extensive sales experience within the commercial fitout industry, specifically in sectors such as medical, retail, hospitality, and related markets.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities nationwide. This includes managing existing client relationships, attending industry events, promoting the business within your established network, and developing new business leads through effective strategies.
You will also collaborate closely with architects and designers to advise clients on products, design, and cost-saving ideas. Your autonomy will enable you to work independently to achieve sales targets, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
Key Selection Criteria:- A minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the commercial fitout industry
- An established network of contacts and leads within the sector
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
