We are looking for a seasoned professional to assume the position of Commercial Growth Specialist. This individual will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, crafting compelling value propositions to meet client needs, and spearheading the efforts in proposal development and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and nurture relationships with customers and prospects.
- Focus on winning new business while taking a strategic approach to developing clients across the territory.
- Identify and qualify opportunities for commercial growth solutions.
- Deliver distinctive solution proposals to customers and prospects.
- Collaborate closely with vendor sales representatives to co-sell solutions as required.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, working with pre-sales and bid managers as needed.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities in our CRM platform.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Must Have Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial growth specialist within the IT industry.
- A successful track record of strategic, solution-based selling across multiple technology domains.
- Be a seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality.
- A strong network of contacts with vendors and customers.
- Autonomous self-starter, goal-oriented, focused on meeting sales targets.
- Able to generate own leads and develop marketing-qualified leads.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of success.
- Driven to compete and win.
