The position of National Business Manager is pivotal in driving strategic growth across the national convenience channel. The ideal candidate will lead major customers and deliver sustainable revenue growth through effective key account management.

- Strategic planning and market intelligence to develop and execute initiatives based on market trends and competitor analysis.
- Leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize category performance.
- Fostering strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders to drive execution through effective joint business planning.
- Ensuring efficient operations and processes support business growth through the Commercial team.
- Minimum 10 years FMCG experience, ideally including time at a National Business Management level or equivalent.
- Proven success in account management of key customers within the Australian Convenience channel.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel nationally and possess degree qualifications in an appropriate discipline, such as Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
