Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Role Summary:

This is a key role in the operational administration of our production site. As an Operations Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our internal teams by managing correspondence, data entry, and filing within production systems.

You will coordinate schedules, meeting minutes, and day-to-day operational admin tasks ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Additionally, you will assist with site access, timesheet coordination, and production-related document control, while also liaising with internal teams to collate and escalate key information efficiently.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' administrative experience, preferably within mining, production, or operations.

They must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on tight turnarounds in a dynamic, shift-based workplace.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office - especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' administrative experience, ideally within mining, production, or operations.
