Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our coal mining activities. You will be responsible for coordinating all underground shift activities on a daily basis, working closely with a crew to achieve production targets while maintaining statutory compliance.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in underground coal mining, with a demonstrated understanding of the coal mining process and relevant legislation. They will possess or be willing to undertake study of a Second Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency, and hold current qualifications in risk management, safety investigations, and communication.
