**Your Future Role**

You will lead a distributed team of senior account directors, responsible for top customers in Asia. You will report to the APAC Head of GTM & Enterprise Sales.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead, coach and inspire your team to drive sales growth
- Hire, retain and nurture top talent in the Asia region
- Develop and implement strategies to build pipeline and generate revenue across different markets
- Sell to C-suite executives and operate autonomously at scale
- Act as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor to C-level customers
- Advocate for customers and promote additional value to their organisation
- Be a brand ambassador at large-scale customer events
