Job Description

The IT Change Manager will play a pivotal role in driving project success by increasing employee adoption and usage.

This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, while minimizing resistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions to internal and external stakeholders across various regions and functions.
  • Determine the scope, objectives, and deliverables of change management projects to ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption.
  • Design and deliver change management interventions, such as workshops, surveys, and coaching sessions to enhance employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Prepare actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or business administration.
  • Professional certification in change management is highly desirable (e.g. Prosci ADKAR).
  • Relevant experience in change management, preferably in the workforce accommodation industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project portfolio management (PPM) tools, such as Smartsheet.
