System Implementation Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Specialist to drive system implementation projects forward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies.
- Create tailored change plans for concurrent initiatives, managing stakeholder needs across various project phases.
- Conduct thorough impact assessments, identify gaps, and oversee business readiness activities.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote alignment and support for change adoption.
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of leading change management in system implementation or large transformation projects. They should have experience working with Agile project environments and familiarize themselves with relevant methodologies.
