We are seeking a Change Manager to lead the implementation of large-scale system upgrades.

The ideal candidate will have experience in successful change management delivery, particularly involving business process re-engineering, organisational re-design and business transformation projects in large organisations.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective change strategies, managing stakeholder communications and engagement, and ensuring stakeholders are ready, willing, and able to receive and embed the change.

The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, airport operational exposure, and demonstrable experience of building strong working relationships with stakeholders and managing the change process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Airport operational exposure or similar operational environment exposure
  • Relevant tertiary (or equivalent) qualifications and/or demonstrated equivalent experience and skills in a change, communication and training role
  • Demonstrated experience in successful change management delivery, particularly involving business process re-engineering, organisational re-design and business transformation projects in large organisations
  • Demonstrated experience and detailed knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci, Kotter, etc)
