Senior Change Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Implementation Specialist to support the implementation of a contemporary change management plan. Reporting to the Change Manager, you will work as part of the Change Management team to deliver a number of activities to support the deployment at multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive change impact analysis with program and business stakeholders to identify and document changes between current and future state processes.
  • Develop engaging presentation material and briefings, and facilitate interactive sessions with both program and business stakeholders.
  • Support the Change Manager with communication, engagement, and training interventions that enable a successful change journey for stakeholders.
  • Identify and deliver activities to optimize adoption of changes to current practices, workflows, and/or processes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a large transformational program.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex business change.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Able to identify delivery risks and develop aligned risk mitigation tactics.
  • Working knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR change management methodology.
  • Familiarity with change analysis principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
