Job Overview:

A highly skilled Change Analyst is sought after to support the successful implementation of a Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS) program. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Impact Analyses: Identify change impacts, assess readiness, and engage key stakeholders to inform the change management strategy.
  • Develop Change Management Plans: Collaborate with the Change Manager to create detailed plans supporting HCMS program implementation.
  • Communications and Training: Participate in creating and distributing communications, developing training materials, and planning training sessions to facilitate successful adoption of HCMS.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Support tracking and reporting of change management metrics to evaluate success of change initiatives and adapt plans as necessary.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan and maintain project documentation related to change management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in change management in complex ICT-enabled change programs or projects.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret and distil complex data.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the capability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Organisational Skills: Demonstrated organisational skills working in a demanding environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands.
