Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to drive adoption and maximise business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address change impacts, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Create and deliver tailored communication plans to engage stakeholders and promote change awareness.
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to gather feedback and refine change management approaches throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular progress updates on key risks and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in change management, focusing on executing change in large-scale projects and programs.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level change initiatives, driving large-scale adoption and delivering significant business value.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Communications, or a related field.
