Rail Infrastructure Worker

The RoleWe're seeking skilled Rail Labourers for Rail Operations in the Hunter Valley. This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
As a Rail Labourer, your duties may include:
- Replacing worn and damaged rails, sleepers, and switches.
- Spotting machinery and mobile plant.
- Using powered hand tools and equipment.
- Site clean-up, clearing debris, and manual handling.
- Maintaining high standards in safety and quality.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a team.
- Experience working in the rail construction industry.
- A valid Construction Induction (White Card) & Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card.
- A valid Drivers Licence Class 'C' or 'HR'.
- Ability to pass a CAT3 medical, comprehensive functional, and Drug & Alcohol Screening.
- Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure required.
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
