About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Rail Labourers for Rail Operations in the Hunter Valley. This role offers exciting career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Rail-specific duties may include:

  • Replacing worn and damaged rails, sleepers, and switches.
  • Assisting in the operation of machinery and mobile plant.
  • Using powered hand tools and equipment for site maintenance.
  • Ensuring site cleanliness and manual handling.
  • Maintaining high standards in safety and quality.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working in the rail construction industry.
  • Valid Construction Induction (White Card) and Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card.
  • Valid Driver's Licence (Class C or HR).
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive medical examination.
  • Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure.
