Rail Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role
UGL Regional Linx is seeking a skilled Track Maintainer to join our Routine Maintenance Team based out of Bathurst, NSW. As a Track Maintainer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of the rail network by sustaining the condition of the track infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete track inspections as per the Technical Maintenance Plan
- Manage identified defects and complete corrective works as designated by the Superintendent
- Work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced operational environment
Requirements
- National competencies and previous experience in Track Maintenance (essential)
- Track Examination competencies (Track Certifier)
- Protection Officer
- Track Vehicle Operator (Operate Hi-rail Vehicle)
- Rail Welding
- Excavator Operator
- Hold a current RIW card
- White card
- Class C Driver's licence essential (HR preferred)
