Vehicles Administration Coordinator

About the Role:
- As a Vehicles Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for registering, transferring, and acquiring vehicles with Queensland Transport.
- You will calculate gross profit/loss on each vehicle sale and process deals into our system.
- Additionally, you will enter vehicles into our system - trade-ins and used purchases, and complete administrative duties as required.
- Cancellations, surrenders of plates, and maintaining accurate records are also key responsibilities.
- Prior knowledge of AutoIT or similar DMS systems is highly regarded, and experience with TUNE would be beneficial.
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of administration experience is necessary, with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- You must possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Strong communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with management, colleagues, and customers.
