About the Role:

  • As a Vehicles Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for registering, transferring, and acquiring vehicles with Queensland Transport.
  • You will calculate gross profit/loss on each vehicle sale and process deals into our system.
  • Additionally, you will enter vehicles into our system - trade-ins and used purchases, and complete administrative duties as required.
  • Cancellations, surrenders of plates, and maintaining accurate records are also key responsibilities.
  • Prior knowledge of AutoIT or similar DMS systems is highly regarded, and experience with TUNE would be beneficial.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of administration experience is necessary, with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You must possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with management, colleagues, and customers.
