This multi-faceted role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry including land sales, development site sales, project marketing & off-the-plan apartment sales.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contract administration
  • Database management
  • Preparation of sales and marketing reports
  • Invoicing
  • Document coordination, including typing, photocopying and filing
  • Managing expense and credit card claims
  • General administration including archiving, ordering of stationery, coordination of meetings and functions and relief reception duties as required

To be successful in this challenging role you will need to possess:

  • Previous experience working in an administration role within residential real estate or off-the-plan sales.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office (particularly in Excel) and Adobe suites.
  • High attention to detail to ensure production of consistent, quality reports, submissions, and documents.
  • The ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
  • A professional and friendly manner.

Based on industry standards and location, the estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000 - $80,000 AUD.
