Place Estate Agents is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team in Bulimba. With 2-3+ years of experience in high-functioning real estate administration, the ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end sales administrative processes, managing workflow, and providing oversight to day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in real estate and a strong administration foundation, with expertise in drafting documentation accurately and managing multiple priorities. They will also possess exceptional organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

About the Role

This senior role offers a unique opportunity for a results-driven individual to grow into a team manager position. The successful candidate will work closely with the listing process, including appraisal, listing, marketing, and sales activity, as well as diary management, bookings, and email management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead day-to-day operations of the team, including training, resourcing, team planning, and general administrative execution;
  • Provide high-level support to the listing process, including appraisal, listing, marketing, and sales activity;
  • Extensive diary management to ensure maximum efficiency for team workflow;
  • Coordinate bookings and materials, as well as proofing with absolute accuracy;
  • Email management and agenda creation for team meetings;
  • General tasks as requested by the Lead Agent;
  • Provision of weekly vendor reports for agents' listings;
  • Self-managing day-to-day tasks;
  • Liaise with clients and provide memorable customer service experiences.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of experience in high-functioning real estate administration;
  • Prior experience in real estate and a strong administration foundation;
  • Expertise in drafting documentation accurately, including Form 6's, to ensure compliance and efficiency in the sales process;
  • Exceptional organisational skills, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
  • QLD Registration Certificate is advantageous;
