Residential Sales Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Sales Administrator to join our team in the Brisbane CBD. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities- Contract administration, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Manage CRM database, maintaining up-to-date information and tracking key performance indicators.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Invoicing and document coordination, including typing, photocopying, and filing.
- Expense and credit card claims management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- General administration duties, such as archiving, ordering stationery, coordinating meetings, and relief reception work.
- Prior experience working in an administration role within residential real estate or off-the-plan sales.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, and Adobe suites.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality reports, submissions, and documents.
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Independence and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels of the business.
- A professional and friendly manner.
