About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Vehicle Coordinator to join our Shared Services team in South Brisbane.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with a well-known company offering a negotiable remuneration package based on your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register, transfer, and acquire vehicles with Queensland Transport;
  • Calculate gross profit/loss on each vehicle sale and process deals into our system;
  • Enter vehicles into our system - trade-ins and used purchases;
  • Complete administrative duties as required, including cancellations and surrenders of plates;
  • Demonstrate knowledge of AutoIT or similar DMS systems and TUNE software.

About You:

  • You have administration experience with strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork and effective communication;
  • You possess accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills;
  • You can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary estimated at AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on your experience, plus opportunities for progression and ongoing development in a dynamic industry.
