Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant work experience in the hospitality/service industry, preferably in hotels
  • Prior experience working with Opera/Opera Cloud and MS Office Suite is desired
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Flexible availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
