About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Treasury Brisbane. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage guest requests and maintain accurate records of guest accounts.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of local attractions and surrounding areas to provide guests with informed recommendations.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and effectively, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Complete daily tasks and maintain a high level of organization to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external guests, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Respond to guest feedback and escalate any concerns to the relevant manager.
  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of other team members, contractors, labour hire, guests, and visitors by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

A strong passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests.Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering 5-star service.A professional telephone manner and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external guests.Excellent organizational skills and high level of computer literacy.Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.Integrity and confidentiality are essential.A sound knowledge of Opera Front Office System is preferred.
