Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Guest Service Representative to join our team at W Brisbane. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every stay is memorable and unique.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and personalized welcome to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process
  • Offer expert knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
  • Experience with Opera property management system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster with a minimum availability of three days a week
  • Must be available to work AM, PM, and Overnight Shifts
