We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.
Movember is looking to grow its partnerships team to align with the organisation's strategic goals, focusing on partnerships as a key pillar.
The Senior Manager will lead our partnership strategy in Australia, working with diverse partners to amplify our voice and deliver health messaging.
This role plays a key part in supporting fundraising strategy and execution across each partnership, ensuring aligned efforts that contribute directly to income growth and long-term impact.
Partnerships are a key funding stream and area of growth for Movember. The team focuses on building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that meet business needs.
In this role, you will drive forward our strategy and approach to strengthen strategic engagement with partners.
You will be responsible for contributing to the overall revenue target, while building partnerships that leverage business power to achieve transformational impact.
Building meaningful relationships at every level, you will understand how and where you can have real influence and build positive networks from Senior Leaders to grass roots.
You will work collaboratively with other areas of the business, including marketing, fundraising, and development.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record in leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders
