Leadership Role: Strategic Partnership Director

This role entails developing impactful strategies, cultivating meaningful partnerships, and creating projects that support the organization's mission.

  • Take on a leadership role, develop innovative strategies, and create high-impact projects
  • Make a lasting impact by building strategic partnerships that drive mutual benefit and long-term growth.
    • Develop and implement robust strategies to identify, engage, and manage relationships with diverse partners.
    • Create tailored partnership proposals and value offerings that drive collaboration and revenue growth.
    • Build and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships, from negotiation through to delivery and ongoing engagement.
    • Grow philanthropic support by converting partners into donors, identifying major gift prospects, and leading fundraising initiatives.
    • Contribute to strategic planning by setting clear development goals and aligning efforts with the organisation's long-term vision.
    • Work with the communications team to develop compelling content that showcases impact and strengthens brand presence.
    • Represent the organisation at events and forums to build visibility and cultivate new networks.
    • Build internal capability by supporting and training staff and board members in partnership and fundraising best practices.
    The Successful Applicant
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales.
    • Demonstrated ability to close deals and secure commitments from organisations.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a small team environment.
    • Strategic thinking combined with practical implementation skills.
    • Experience balancing multiple priorities and delivering results with limited resources.
