About the Role

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies with key accounts to drive profitable growth across all product categories.
  • Establish and achieve annual volume, net sales, and gross profit targets for key partnerships.
  • Design and deliver strategic business plans and regular review sessions.
  • Collaborate with buying and category teams to align on promotions, activations, and innovation initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams across marketing, category, shopper, supply chain, and finance.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, accrual management, and performance reporting to stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to elevate both the company's and wine industry's standing.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a high-performing partnership director in FMCG, liquor, or wine industries.
  • Deep understanding of commercial strategies and operating models.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data from tools like IRI, Quantium.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and manage direct reports.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
