Our organisation seeks a Strategic Partnerships Director to spearhead the development and management of our Education Partner Programs.

This key role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering value-added solutions to our strategic partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

We are open to applicants based in Sydney and Melbourne, with opportunities for growth and collaboration within our supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an annual strategic partnership program that drives business outcomes and meets the advice networks' requirements.
  • Manage relationships with key partners, supporting the development of strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate regular meetings and communications with partners, fostering open dialogue and collaborative working practices.
  • Oversee partner invoicing, agreements, and revenue management, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Facilitate education and event engagement, designing learning agendas aligned with adviser Learning and Development key outcomes.
  • Coordinate content reviews with internal stakeholders, managing changes and revisions as needed.
  • Attend adviser learning events, assisting with hosting strategic partners and driving programme success.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A thorough understanding of the Financial Services industry and end-to-end value chain.
  • Strong knowledge of advice processes, investment managers, platform providers, and risk providers, along with their priorities.
  • Working knowledge of licensees and internal/external stakeholder management.
  • The ability to develop and manage relationships, being hands-on with design and implementation.
  • Experience in advice partnership or sponsorship programmes (desired).
  • Project management skills, delivering priorities within time, budget, and resource constraints.
  • Proven account management experience, developing long-term partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing business priorities with internal stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Strong analytical capability.
  • A degree in a business-related discipline (preferred).
