About the Role

The Star Entertainment Group is seeking a People Partnership Manager to join its team. As a key member of the People Operations department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's people strategy and ensuring its successful implementation.

Key responsibilities will include collaborating with corporate and operational functions to drive business outcomes, developing leadership capabilities, and ensuring regulatory and governance requirements are met.

You will work closely with the broader HR team to drive impactful change and develop solutions that meet the unique needs of the business. Your role will also involve coaching and developing leaders to perform as leaders, in addition to educating them on the People operating model.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven work experience in a People Advisory role
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, or Organisational Development
  • Strong relationship, coaching, influencing, and communication skills to build development of leadership teams
  • Demonstrates a proactive business partnership, driven by a self-starter mindset and an unwavering can-do attitude
About You

You are a natural collaborator and communicator, able to understand and explain complex business requirements and strategy. You appreciate the unique needs of each business unit and are able to leverage your experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated work environment.

Your role will be pivotal in improving the employee experience through driving change and building leadership capability.
