About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Lotus People. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with community organizations, employment service providers, employers, and relevant organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify training opportunities for priority cohorts.
  • Develop and promote products and services with a community focus through active engagement with stakeholders.
  • Increase enrolments and place-based group training sessions by leveraging your sales and relationship-building skills.
  • Establish new partnerships through various channels, including attending forums, calling prospective leads, and holding face-to-face or virtual meetings.
  • Maintain and update the internal CRM and activity reports to ensure seamless communication and data management.
  • Collaborate with the wider internal sales team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales/business development, relationship/partnership growth, student recruitment, community engagement, or a similar environment.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, resilient, and collaborative in nature.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to engage and relate to a diverse range of people.
  • Previous education/RTO exposure or an understanding of VET compliance/pathways will be highly regarded.
  • HubSpot or Salesforce experience is highly regarded.
