Business Growth Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Leader to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional service in our Melbourne office. Reporting to the General Manager - Community Care, you will lead a team of Disability Support Workers and Youth workers to clients across Victoria.

This critical role ensures business growth targets are achieved by managing staff, identifying new revenue opportunities, and developing recruitment and retention strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate data on client staffing needs and allocating resources efficiently.

  • Lead a team of professionals to drive daily activity and revenue growth.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through effective client services management.
  • Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies to meet demand and supply requirements.
