We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development function, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales through lead generation, client engagement, and pitch lists.
This is a unique opportunity to make the role what you want it to be – starting part-time on an initial 3-6 month contract, moving to full-time hours. You will have a great network already in place that you can tap into, working hybrid with Tuesday and Thursday and a 3rd day in the office or everyday if you prefer.
The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset, no ego, and be a genuine team player who would love to be on this journey of growth with us. You will be accountable for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing business development plans to drive revenue growth
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Managing the sales process from lead generation to close
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of business development experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
