As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to client sites and providing technical support.

Responsibilities
  • Install, upgrade, replace, and de-install EFTPOS terminals at merchant locations
  • Deliver on-site training to merchants
  • Manage relationships with existing clients
  • Provide field technical support, terminal moves, and changes
  • Coordinate terminal rollouts
  • Manage stock levels
  • Configure terminal settings prior to rollout and installation
Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience with the ability to build trust with clients
  • Experience in computer or Point of Sale (POS) troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC or EFTPOS installation/repair experience
  • Ability to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Current Australian driver's license required
