Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide hands-on technical support for our stores' technology, including POS systems, EFTPOS, and store IT equipment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with retail/POS experience to join our team and make a real impact in the industry.

About the Role
  • Provide level 2/3 IT support to store users, troubleshooting issues with EFTPOS, POS software/hardware, mobile/PDA devices, WiFi, LAN/WAN, and store applications.
  • Manage technology requirements for new, renovated, or relocated stores, including ordering and installation of POS and IT equipment.
  • Configure, upgrade, and maintain POS systems, ensuring accuracy of technical documentation.
  • Install and/or replace store IT hardware, including POS, printers, scanners, EFTPOS devices, back-office PCs.
  • Manage service escalations and work closely with vendors/suppliers to resolve POS and store IT issues quickly.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience providing level 2/3 IT support in a retail environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with POS systems, EFTPOS, and store IT hardware/software.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and SQL Database systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical store staff under pressure.
  • Current driver's license and flexibility to travel interstate and internationally.
