**Job Title:** IT Retail Store Support Analyst

**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to provide hands-on assistance to our stores' technology, including POS systems, EFTPOS, and store IT equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for store users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Manage technology requirements for new, renovated, or relocated stores, including ordering and installation of POS and IT equipment
• Configure, upgrade, and maintain POS systems and ensure accuracy of technical documentation
• Install and/or replace store IT hardware - POS, printers, scanners, EFTPOS devices, back-office PCs

**Requirements:**
• Proven experience providing Level 2/3 IT support in a retail environment (essential)
• Strong hands-on experience with POS systems, EFTPOS, and store IT hardware/software
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and SQL Database systems
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical store staff under pressure
• Current Driver's License and flexibility to travel interstate and internationally
• Strong customer service focus and ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
