Customer Service Position

We are seeking a professional and organized individual to join our fast-paced team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to schedule EFTPOS terminal upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Work across a rotating roster (between 8am–6pm).

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and phone manner skills.
  • Fast and accurate typing (~60wpm with 80%+ accuracy).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A friendly and proactive attitude with solid interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism.
  • The desire to provide an exceptional customer experience.
