Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on assistance for our retail stores' technology infrastructure, including POS systems, EFTPOS, and store IT equipment.

This role involves collaborating with store teams to ensure seamless operations and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in providing Level 2/3 IT support in a retail environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with POS systems, EFTPOS, and store IT hardware/software
  • Experience with retail platforms highly regarded
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and SQL Database systems
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with non-technical staff
  • Current Driver's License and flexibility to travel interstate and internationally
