Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. As a key member of our pharmacy staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing advice on health and beauty products.

You will participate in stock management, merchandising activities, point-of-sale operations, cash handling, housekeeping, and accepting prescriptions for processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service and advice on health and beauty products.
  • Suggest products that meet customers' needs and close sales.
  • Explain how products work and demonstrate their use.
  • Commit to regular training and attend workshops as required.
  • Operate a cash register and EFTPOS facilities efficiently.
  • Manage inventory and ensure displays are merchandised appropriately.
Requirements:

You will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, excellent personal and professional presentation, be energetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Experience, skills, and attributes include:

  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Cash handling and EFTPOS experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Willingness to supply or undergo a police check prior to commencement.
